If you purchased a new hard disk and Windows is only seeing 128 or 137 Gig, then what I had to do was purchase an Ultra ATA PCI card for about $54 from Best Buy.

Plug it in, to your hard drive, insert into a PCI slot, boot and install the driver from the ATA card's CD then Windows can see it all (well most, some will be used up in the formating of the drive itself)
