Is there a device that could be used to replace the 8 inch floppy drive on our Cincinnati 900 controls.

There is nothing that emulates the 8 inch floppy but I have seen some
controls retrofitted with 3 inch floppies, must have been a Cincinnati
option. On some Big Blue controls the memory is actually the 8 inch floppy
so if the drive dies you can only read block by block from the tape reader.
I only saw this on very old Big Blues.
