To remove or lessen the look of wrinkles do this in Photoshop:

1. Open the RAW file
2. Create new Layer (click on the little folder icon in the lower Right of the Layers task pane)
3. Click on the Healing Brush Tool (looks like a Band-Aid in the tool bar next to the eye dropper and paint brush)
4. Hold down the Option key (cursor changes to a small circle with a cross-air in it) and click in an area close to the wrinkles because it will follow the movement of your brush)
5. Adjust the Brush size to be bigger then the lines you are working with
6. Click on that new layer you just made
7. Click and drag over the wrinkles.
8. You may have to stop and re-select a new sample area and then continue dragging.
9. You an change the Opacity of the edit to get the desired affect that you want.
