How can I display or return 0 for a field in a report if the query returns a null for the value?
Instead of having blanks on the report I want to show "0.00"
Thanks. _________________ --------------------------

You can use the Nz function.
Selct the field you want on the report, go to Control Source and do this:
Where "Sep" is your field.
Be carfull that the Name of the control is not the same thing, if it is change the Name to something like "tbxSep"
That should do it. _________________ I'd rather be making chairs. |
