I'm having trouble getting X-axis to feed when using revolving tool. Machine will rapid to position fine, but when I program in an x-axis feed move (G1 X-.06 F1.0), machine will stop and read no further. No errors, just the run light and no movement. Fanuc OT control. Any suggestions?

Current Program:

Code:
T0606 (Live Tool)
S2000 M43 (Start revolving tool spindle)
G0 H-4.375 (Position Sub-Spindle)
G0 Z0
G0 X.100
G1 X-.06 F1.0 (Feed X-axis)
G0 X.100
G28 U0
G28 WO
G28 H0
