If you are trying to use one of the Predator software products on a Clustered environment please read this about the use of the Rainbow SuperPro security SIM key:
This is in response to your concern regarding Superpro in Clustered environment.
The physical Superpro key should be attached at the same server where the application is running. When the application will run, firstly it will check for the key on the same machine and incase key would not be there then application will broad cast the message to other machines within the same subnet.
For the clustered environment you have to use same configured duplicate keys i.e. one for the main server and other for different server so that if one server goes down it will automatically find the key in another server. The key will be detected for any number of servers but all should be in same subnet.
Kindly make sure that all clients and servers which are accessing the application are in the same subnet.
Thanks for contacting Safenet End user Support.
Thanks and Regards,
