I am getting 1032 spindle drive overheat what could be the reason. I think problem with thermostat. Is there any easy solution.

You can bypass the alarm by shorting the thermal switch by a jumper but for thsi you must have the electrical schematics of the spindle drive or you can physically locate the thermal switch generally on the Heatsink and bypass it. Wink
