Problem on VMC Wadkin with GE Mark Century 2000

CNC control diagnose is "Loss of feedback of spindle axis", bat tacho is OK, and encoder on the A axis too OK. On spindle drive don't any error message. Is there anybody who may help me about this with advice, link to get service manual for the CNC GE or RELIANCE drive, or contact to experience man? Thanks forwardly.
