6 Cups Flour
7 1/2 tea spoos Salt
7 Large Eggs
1 1/2 cups Water (add moore or less per consistancy you don't want it too runny, thick like pizza dough almost)
Press with a German Speatzle press into boiling salt water as you slowly move it around the pan. After a minute or so, seperate wtiha fork gently, should come to the surface when done.
Take out and put into big bowl of fresh water.
Serve with browned butter topping or gravy. |
